ABOUT US
The Creighton Centre, formerly Bishop Creighton House, was first established in 1908. We provide support to residents of Hammersmith and Fulham and West London, tackling problems caused by social isolation and disadvantage. The Creighton Centre offers meeting space for all members of the community, as well as a range of services that offer practical solutions and emotional support for the people of West London. At The Creighton Centre, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can access support. Read on for more information on the services we can offer.

OLDER PEOPLES SERVICES
We offer comprehensive services for older people, including befriending, home safety checks and rehabilitation programs.
