We are delighted to share The Creighton Centre’s latest Impact Report for 2025/26, celebrating another year of supporting people, changing lives and strengthening communities across Hammersmith & Fulham and beyond.

At The Creighton Centre, we believe everyone deserves to feel connected, valued and supported to live as independently as possible. Whether it’s helping an older person overcome loneliness, supporting adults with learning disabilities to build confidence and friendships, or making someone’s home safer and more accessible, our work makes a real difference to people’s everyday lives.

Our latest Impact Report brings together the achievements, stories and experiences of the past year, demonstrating the importance of accessible, compassionate community services.

A Year of Positive Impact

During 2025/26, we achieved some remarkable things together:

• 19,833 attendances at our Community Centre, bringing people together through activities, events and opportunities to connect.
• 254 Learning Disability Outreach activities and workshops, helping adults develop skills, confidence and independence.
• 360 older people supported through our Homeline service, providing friendship, reassurance and practical assistance.
• 229 households supported through Safer Homes, helping residents live more safely and independently.
• 126 home adaptation projects completed through Care & Repair, with £1.2 million invested in essential adaptations.
• Over 9,850 volunteer hours contributed across our services, demonstrating the extraordinary generosity of people who give their time to support others.

These figures tell an important story, but behind every number is a person whose life has been made a little better through the support of our charity.

Looking Ahead

As we celebrate the achievements of 2025/26, we also recognise that the need for our services remains significant.Loneliness, social isolation, barriers to independence and the challenges faced by vulnerable residents continue to affect many people in our community.

Our commitment remains as strong as ever. We will continue working alongside local people, volunteers, community organisations and partners to ensure that The Creighton Centre remains a welcoming place where people can find friendship, practical help and opportunities to thrive.
