Services Introduction
How we help?
The Creighton Centre has provided community and social support services for the people of Hammersmith and Fulham since 1908. We aim to help people live safe, healthy and independent lives, tackling some of the problems caused by disadvantage and social isolation. We run a community centre and a range of services for older people, people with learning disabilities and families with young children.
