Struggling with the NHS App or PATCHS? We can help.
If you’ve been meaning to use the NHS App or PATCHS (your GP practice online system) but aren’t sure where to start — or you’ve tried and found it confusing — join us for a friendly, practical morning of support at The Creighton Centre.
This session combines a short, easy-to-follow workshop with one-to-one help, so you can build confidence using both platforms at your own pace. Whether you want to order repeat prescriptions, view test results, or contact your GP practice online, we’ll help you understand the steps and practice on your device.
This workshop is delivered in partnership with the South Fulham Primary Care Network (PCN), who will be delivering and supporting residents during the session, alongside The Creighton Centre’s Homeline Digital Inclusion Club.
Date: Monday 2 February 2026
Time: 10:00 – 11:30
Location: The Creighton Centre, SW6 7PH
Light refreshments will be provided.
This workshop is for Hammersmith & Fulham residents aged 60+ who would like support to use the NHS App and/or PATCHS. You’re very welcome to attend even if you’re a complete beginner — there’s no such thing as a silly question.
