About our workshop series

This nutrition session is part of our popular Active Minds workshop series — a programme of welcoming, accessible sessions designed to support wellbeing, confidence, and connection for local residents.

Each workshop is designed to be warm, supportive and practical, with time to learn, chat, and meet others in the community. We aim to make sessions as inclusive as possible, including being dementia friendly, and we encourage people to come along with a friend, family member, or carer if helpful.

Delivered in partnership with

This workshop is delivered through a partnership approach, bringing together local organisations committed to supporting healthy ageing in Hammersmith & Fulham:

  • The Creighton Centre

  • Hammersmith & Fulham Dementia Action Alliance (DAA)

  • West London NHS Trust (NHS)

  • London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F)

We look forward to welcoming you!
