At The Creighton Centre, we’ve been part of the Hammersmith & Fulham community for over a century, offering friendship, support and a welcoming space for local people. Now, we want to hear from you.

We’re launching a short community survey to find out what people in Hammersmith & Fulham know about The Creighton Centre and the services we offer and, just as importantly, what kinds of activities, classes, or events you’d like to see us run in the future.
