Events like our Health & Wellbeing Fair are a powerful way to support prevention and help people stay well, independent and connected for longer. By bringing together trusted services from the NHS, local authority and voluntary sector all in one place, we make it easier for residents to access expert advice, discover support early, and feel confident in making positive choices about their health and wellbeing.
Just as importantly, the event is designed to be welcoming, enjoyable and community-focused. Held in a familiar, trusted setting, it offers a relaxed space where people can connect with others, try something new, and take simple, practical steps towards improving their wellbeing—making it not just informative, but uplifting too.

People with learning disabilities face exclusion. Our outreach for 70 people offers support, skills, coaching, wellbeing, and literacy—help us improve the quality of their lives
