At The Creighton Centre, we know how powerful the right support can be. Every day we meet people with learning disabilities who want to feel included, build skills, and be part of the community — but too often they face barriers that hold them back. It might be struggling with reading a bus timetable, filling in a form, or simply lacking the confidence to join in with social activities.

We don’t believe anyone should feel shut out of opportunities that many of us take for granted. That’s why we’ve launched a new crowd funding campaign to fund a year of tailored support for people with learning disabilities here in Hammersmith & Fulham.

With your help, we’ll be able to provide:

• One-to-one mentoring and casework to boost confidence and wellbeing

• Employment and education advice to help people take their next steps towards work, volunteering, or study

• Weekly literacy sessions so participants can build vital skills and independence

• Creative, social and wellbeing workshops — from gardening to art — to bring people together and celebrate what they can achieve

Our goal is to support at least 70 people in the year ahead, giving each person the tools and encouragement they need to grow, connect, and thrive.
