We were delighted to welcome recently our local MP, Ben Coleman, to The Creighton Centre where he spent time meeting some of the amazing participants in our Learning Disability Outreach project who were making Christmas cards. It was a real joy to share stories, laughter and insight into the impact this service has on the lives of local adults with learning disabilities, and to show Ben firsthand why this work matters so much.

Ben’s visit was all about backing our crowdfunding campaign, which aims to raise £14,000 to keep this vital outreach service running. From meaningful one-to-one conversations to seeing activities in action, his support shines a spotlight on the difference we’re making together.
